According to the Centers for Disease Control, drug overdose is the leading cause of accidental death in the United States. Opioid addiction is driving this epidemic, and drug overdoses nearly tripled between 1999-2014. This session will focus on what we know about opioid use including risk factors and signs of addiction, and the affect this epidemic has on families.
