This session will focus on increasing father involvement by encouraging the application of protective factors that benefit child development. Strategies presented will promote and support male involvement by examining 15 areas that reflect paternal instincts including gender identity, self-esteem, physical and moral development, academic performance, language skills, problem solving, emotional development and impulse control, spiritual formation, career choices and role expectations.
