Janet Horras has over 30 years of experience in the home visiting field. She is in her tenth year of serving as the State Home Visitation Program Director at the Iowa Department of Public Health. She is a founding member of the National Association of State and Tribal Home Visiting Initiatives (ASTHVI), co-creator of the Institute for the Advancement of Family Support Professionals and has been honored to share the home visiting message across the country and even in China!
